Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. In case of returns and exchange contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage). The refund is not possible for the items refunded after 30days. We can’t accept returns for worn or damaged items. We may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). Please don’t remove the hang tag. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the hang tag is removed we can not accept returns or exchanges.
We don’t accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Please email us at email@example.com your order number, full name and the reason for returning or exchanging after shipping the products. Once the items are received, we will process your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers have to exchange & return goods themselves via an appropriate courier.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for returning via an appropriate courier and responsible for taxes and duties.
